Our first travel tip is DO NOT go the Museum of Natural History 2 days after the start of school holidays. As similar experience would be a fire drill in a primary school. It was wall to wall kids and noise. The Planetarium was simply amazing but that is all we could stand and had to leave.
Going to try for MoMA today on the assumption that kids hate art and there are no “interactive displays”.
