On the first day we walked past the Katz Deli – it had a 25 metre queue of people waiting to get in so we ear marked for a try a bit later 0n when there was no line – we hate lines.
It went to the top of the list cause it actually opens at 8:00am on a Sunday!
Checked it out this morning for breakfast – and it turns out to be the diner where they filmed THAT scene from Harry met Sally.
They also filmed that scene in Donnie Brasco where Depp meets his FBI contact in a Deli.
Breakfast was good but then we got sandwich envy after we saw the size of the Reuben sandwich’s the other people were ordering. Am heading back tomorrow for lunch and more cured meats…
