Brooklyn, a mystery partially solved

We have eaten in about 16 different restaurants and it occurred to me at about the 5th one that African Americans (AAs) were missing from the patron mix. Then I started to observe each one more closely and of all the eateries none had AAs as customers which is weird given they make up 18% of the population.

Today we went to Brooklyn and about 99% of the people in the streets and stores were AAs. There seems to be this hard dividing line between the races based on location. Granted this is a limited observational study but c’mon, I mean c’mon.

After Brooklyn we went to Economy Candy, and very glad we didn’t go in here early on in the trip. It’s a wonderland of diabetes.
