At the Turk Town markets there is a permanent butchers shop, we’ve been there twice and got a lamb roast and some steak (btw the meat isn’t the quality we’ve been spoilt with) each time. The cuts of meat look like Saw
with bones everywhere and big slabs of meat, no labelled cuts of meat or delicately laid rosemary or parsley, just mounds of car crash meat. Maybe they have lied to us and the Germans don’t really use crash test dummies and instead use cow crash dummies for the car safety tests and ship it off to the butchers after they’re done . Sometimes it is best not to ask questions. No photos as yet, Glen was trying to do a spy shot but it didn’t work out, stay tuned.
